The washing platform adopts high strength aluminum alloy assembly structure to ensure the flatness of the platform. The bottom of the washing box is made of mirror stainless steel plate and funnel design to avoid solvent residue on the tank surface, and quickly reflux to the stored solvent box and sealed to reduce solvent volatilization.

The brush fixed wall panels on both sides are made of high strength aluminum alloy, all processed by CNC machining center, to ensure the accuracy of each brush. The brush shaft sleeve is containing graphite copper sleeve to ensure accuracy and durability.

Flatbush swing and round brush rotation are driven by high-end servo stepping motor, the speed can be adjusted fast and slow, suitable for all kinds of flexo high-precision cleaning.

The solvent is divided into three independent water supply:

• Washing area
• Cleaning area
• Clean plate area

Equipment with concentration detection, automatic replacement of old and new solvents.

Reasonable exhaust design can minimize solvent emission and ensure fresh air in the workshop.
