Performance & Characteristics

1. The control system of the whole machine adopts the latest German Rexroth servo control system. Each unit is driven by an independent servo motor. The whole machine adopts 20 servo motors (8 colors) to guarantee stable register at high printing speed.
2. The plate roller adopts pillow type installation, which is connected with high-precision helical gear transmission, simple and quick operation.
3. Printing and Ink Transfer Pressure Adjustment: The plate roller adopts the way of roller pillow which greatly improves the printing efficiency. When adjusting the printing pressure and ink transfer pressure, it only needs to fine adjust the corresponding support frames on both sides. There is no need to greatly adjust the printing pressure after replacing the plate roller. If there are special printing requirements, only a small fine adjustment is required.
4. The printing roller of the machine is equipped with front and back water-cooling devices, so that the film materials will not be affected by the high temperature caused by UV curing.
5. The unwinding system of the machine is equipped with corona, double-sided dust removal and electrostatic removal system to ensure the stability of materials before printing.
6. It is equipped with high-precision German BST system and video monitoring equipment in the printing process to provide a higher guarantee for label printing.
